I need LEAD/RHYTHM GUITAR with LEAD VOCALS for SHABBY ROAD, The Beatles cover band
(We used to sound like Aerosmith & Cheap Trick playing Beatles songs, that will most likely change due to YOUR influences)
Do you know a Beatles fan that can play guitar and sing?
Tell 'em I need George Harrison & John Lennon NOW!
This is an extremely lucrative offer!
Rehearsals once a week.
More details upon request.

Alright, so last night was the Win A Date With Matt Murray contest and I must say, though I didn't win I had an awesome time competing with the other contestants. Yeah, I'm not quite sure I entirely remember my answers all that much (Nerves from stage fright totally took advantage of the open bar...), but I answered as best as I knew how at the moment (hey man, being put on the spot after some vodka gets a little frustrating). #2's answers were utterly hilarious, and I am envious of her courage!… Continue

An extremely well put on show last night by a group of great musicians. That was probably the most technically sound show I've seen so far. These guys play like, I don't know, LIKE THEY ENJOY PLAYING MUSIC!! And for all you people that were heading towards the door during "With a little help from my friends" should be ashamed of yourselves. What? You need to beat traffic or something? Didn't you plan on attending a rock concert? Show started at eight and it ended like twenty minutes after ten it… Continue

A friend of mine just informed me that her pool club is now enforcing a rule: Huggies Swimmie diapers are no longer acceptable. The only diapers permitted are these biodegradable diapers, and right now the name escapes me. So I googled and came up with the Julia Roberts approved Gdiapers. They''re allegedly flushable. There can be no other explanation about what happened to Jason's performance of "I Shot the Sherrif" last night other than, well, he was stoned. this is the poem i mentione in earlier posts for my step son's grad
The First Timr
i saw a boy
on the sidewalk
n the still light
summer eve
things he didn't even know
about himself

and until i looked into
the crysatal blue staring
back at me
i didn't know either
i'd known those eyes
for centuries i hadn;t yet known occured
they'd seen me through
lifetimes as different
as night seems to day
but in the seconds
our eyes were magnets
i knew he knew
day and night were
